A detailed scope of services will be outlined in each individual client agreement or proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, strategies, content, and materials provided by Voila Media remain the intellectual property of the agency unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients receive usage rights upon full payment but may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute work without prior written consent.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing timely access to necessary content, feedback, and approvals.

Ensuring all materials provided (logos, text, images, etc.) are owned or properly licensed.

Respecting project timelines and payment terms.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before any work begins (unless otherwise agreed).

Final files or websites will only be delivered after full payment is received.

Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

Monthly services (e.g., social media management or maintenance) are billed on a subscription basis and require cancellation notice at least 14 days in advance.

5. Revisions & Edits

Most packages include a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed separately at our hourly rate.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the creative nature of our work, all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel a project due to non-cooperation, non-payment, or breach of terms.

7. Confidentiality

Voila Media Agency respects your privacy and will treat all shared information as confidential. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party services (e.g., Canva, Wix, Mailchimp). We are not liable for outages, updates, or changes made by these platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for excellence, Voila Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
